Once you have set up your new reward please contact us directly to upload your vouchers. You can do that via our contact form. Please remember to include the expiration date as well.
When creating your new codes please take into account how the selected reward validity period will effect your own internal expiration date.
Validity periods are the time period which is communicated to your customers to inform them of how long they have to use a code once they have received it.
As default the referee validity period is usually 7 or 14 days in order to drive urgency.
And the referrer validity period is usually 3 months.
Using the default validity periods below is an example of how the validity period affects code usage.
You provide codes on the 1st January which have an expiry date in your system of 31st December.
We will be able to use that batch of codes for a full 9 months until 30th September.
Once we go past this date the platform will no longer be able to issue out any new codes as your customers will no longer have a full 3 months to use their code from when they receive it.
If your validity period has been increased you need to consider how this period is managed alongside the 'real' reward validity.
An updated reward validity period of between 6 months - 12 months, would require you to provide vouchers valid for a minimum of 24 months on your system.
And if you do not need to set an expiry date within your system which is even better.
If you are unsure of what your current reward validity periods are you can find this information within the platform.
Go to the campaign section on your dashboard and select one of your live campaigns.
