This guide will show you how to resend reward emails to customers. You may wish to do this if a customer cannot find their reward email in their inbox.
Please Note, it's important to advise the customer that they should check their spam and junk folders just in case.
How to navigate to the customer email section
1. Go to the Customers section in the platform
2. Search for the customer by either their name, email, customer ID or share link then click on the customer’s link to open their account
3. Scroll down to see Emails section and click 'Resend'
