This guide helps you assign a batch of vouchers that have not been listed within the 'Select an existing batch of reward codes' sidebar to multiple offers. You may need to take this approach if you have accidentally uploaded your vouchers to the wrong offer where the reward values or the reward locale do not match, or if it is an old batch of vouchers which are being re-purposed for a new offer.
Note: Only users with Marketing or Administrator access can upload new codes.
To assign vouchers not listed in the 'Select an existing batch of reward codes,' follow these steps:
Before you can begin you must identify which batch of rewards you want to use that are not appearing in the listed view:
1. Access the Campaigns tab on the platform.
2. Select the relevant campaign if you have more than one.
3. Locate the relevant experiment, this could be under Current, Draft or Previous.
4. Click on the experiment name to see the experiment overview page.
5. Click on the reward name eg. Referrer gets .... / Referee gets ....
6. This will open up a manage vouchers page and on this page, you can see the Batch numbers for each set of uploaded vouchers.
7. Note down the relevant Batch ID as you'll need it later on.

Now you have your voucher Batch ID here is how you assign it to the correct offer:
8. Access the Content tab on the platform and select 'Rewards'.
9. Here, you'll find a list of every created reward.
10. The simplest method to find the matching reward for your offer is by locating the reward ID code, typically 5 digits (but can be fewer), as shown on the experiment overview page.
Using (ctrl or cmd + F) search for this Reward ID to locate to correct reward on the content page.
11. An alternative option will be to either scroll through the list or use the provided filters to narrow your search:
- Reward Type (who the reward is for)
- Fulfilment Type (how rewards are distributed)
- Voucher Status (Good or None Left)
- Used By (if the reward is used in Live, Draft, or Previous experiments)
- Amount (the value of the reward)
12. When you find the reward, click 'Manage'.
13. This will open up the Reward detail page. This page will show you a history of all events such as when codes were uploaded and who did it, along with details on any existing batches assigned to the offer.
14. Next step is to click on 'Edit reward' in the top right corner of the page.
15. On the following page you'll see a list of every batch of vouchers ever uploaded.
16. Finally, using the Batch ID that you noted down previously find it from the list, click the tick box and Save (bottom right corner) to apply the batch to that offer.
