This guide helps you assign a batch of rewards to multiple offers. You might need to do this when the same codes work within a specific area, value, across all offers or if you change the reward value before going live and wish to use the same batch of vouchers.
Note: Only users with Marketing or Administrator access can assign vouchers.
Steps to find and assign existing batches to rewards:
1. Access the Campaigns section on the platform.
2. Go to your Draft campaign section.
3. Click on the Campaign name. If you have more than 1 campaign across different territories or segments then you may need to follow this process for each of them.
4. Go to your Draft experiment section.
5. Click on the Experiment name. If you have more than 1 experiment showing please check with your Onboarding Project Manager before continuing.
6. Click on the notification under the preview Referrer reward / Referee reward has no means of fulfilment.
7. This will take you to a filtered view of the Content -> Rewards section for the specific reward you wish to upload vouchers to.
8. Click on 'Add vouchers' and then 'Select from uploaded'.
9. A sidebar will show codes matching the chosen offer.
10. Select applicable batches and click 'Assign reward codes'.
