This guide will show you how the change a customers status from 'non-paying' to 'paying'.
You will need to do this in situations where your customers are required to be labelled as an existing customer in order to share referral with their friends or in some cases be rewarded for a referral which has already taken place.
1. Go to the Customers section in the platform.
2. Click Enrol a customer to campaign to see your campaign options. Please ensure the campaign you select matches the details on the customer profile.
3. Re-enter your customer's details (first name, surname and email address).
4. Tick the box 'This customer is a paying customer of....'.
5. Untick the box 'Send referrer registration and forward emails'.
6. Click Register customer.
