What are our Submit a Request forms?
Mention Me's Submit a Request forms are the best way to get in touch with our teams (Support, Design, On Demand and Tech) to ask questions, request suggestions and find any help you may need around your referral programme.
These forms have been built over time by our expert teams and, if filled in thoroughly, allow us to help you with minimal need for clarification and avoid long threads between teams.

What is the best form for my type of request?
Below you will find a list of all our current forms at your disposal, and when to use each, per order of appearance in the drop-down:

Update your Design/Images:
Use this form to request changes to your design (it can be anything design-related such as email images, multiple images across your referral journey, CTA changes etc) We have a dedicated section in our Help Centre for Design, have a read here.
Our Support team will triage your request and work with our Designers to ensure the first draft is with you within 5 working days from the correct receipt of your request. If the form has blanks or missing/incomplete information, we may need to ask you for clarification before we can start.

Setting up an Offer (Experiment):
Use this form to request a new offer setup, what in your dashboard is known as experiment.
Our Support team will pick up your request, confirm receipt and aim to complete it within 2-3 working days from the correct receipt of your request. If the form has blanks or missing/incomplete information, we may need to ask you for clarification before we can start.

Setting up an A/B Test:

Setting up a Time Limited Offer (Promotion):
Running a time-limited offer (what we call a promotion) or a competition are effective ways to boost customer acquisition during a particular period or seasonal event. Read more about promotions here.

- Setting up a Smart Experiment:
Use this form to request help from our team to set up your Smart Experiments. Our Support team will pick up your request, confirm receipt and aim to complete it within 2-3 working days from the correct receipt of your request. Setting up a new Campaign or Market:
Campaigns are one of the main building blocks that drive performance for your referral scheme. Read more about them here.
Use this form to request help from our team to set up your campaigns, or any markets. Our Support team will pick up your request, confirm receipt and aim to complete it within 2-3 working days from the correct receipt of your request. If the form has blanks or missing/incomplete information, we may need to ask you for clarification before we can start.
- Update your Copy:
You can always edit your own copy by following the steps here. Alternatively, you may find it easier to use the live comments tool to request copy changes directly on the journey.
However you can also use this form to request changes to your copy (it can be at any point across your referral journey such as in the emails across a whole campaign, or only either on the referrer or referee flows)

Help with Tech:
Use this form to request help related to tech. This can be any issues with your tags, integrations, bugs, Webhooks, SFTP, API and many others.
Depending on the nature of the request, our Tech Support team may have to contact you for clarification and to ensure their investigation is heading the right way. They will pick up your request and confirm receipt within 1-2 working days.

Upload data:
Use this form to request data to be uploaded into your programme. Please name the files accurately and use the description fields to specify what's needed. Our Support team will pick up your request and confirm receipt within 1-2 working days.

Use this form for any other enquiries from an operational or On-Demand point of view. Do you need a suggestion on your programme? Would you like to ask a general customer support question? This is the best form to reach our team for general enquiries.
