Step by Step Guide:
1. Click the draft experiment link provided to you.
2. Click on the offer thumbnail image to open up the preview section.
Steps 3-20 will show how to manage an image upload for a single Draft experiment.
3. To update imagery for a single draft experiment, click "Manage images" & "For this offer"
You can find recommended imagery sizes for each touchpoint here.
4. Within the Image management section, you have the ability to control images across the Website, Email and Entry point API views.
5. To use the same imagery across your full journey, you will only need to update the Referrer & Referee global journeys. If you wish to, you can also apply imagery individually to a specific part of the journey by using the individual journeys (optional) options.
6. Select "Change" to upload a new image (across mobile and desktop as required).
7. Using our Edit Image tool, you can adjust the uploaded image.
8. Click "Save and use this image" once you are happy.
9. Repeat steps 5-8 to update the Referee Global journey as well as any of the Individual journeys (optional).
10. To update your Email imagery, click "Email"
11. To apply a single image across all emails, click "Include an image in emails by default"
12. Click "Choose" to upload an image.
13. Using our Edit Image tool, you can adjust the uploaded image.
14. Click "Save and use this image" once you are happy.
15. You can also apply imagery individually to a specific email within the journey by clicking "Core journey" or "Other emails" and choosing a page from the drop-down.
16. On the selected email page, to use a different image, click the "Override global image" option.
17. Click "Choose"
18. Using our Edit Image tool, you can adjust the uploaded image.
19. Click "Save and use this image"
20. Click "Close" to exit the Image management section.
Steps 21-28 will show how to manage an image upload across multiple Draft experiments.
21. To update imagery for multiple draft experiments, click "Manage images" & "For multiple offers"
22. You can filter which experiments you would like to see using the drop-down menus.
23. Select all the draft experiments you want to upload your new imagery to.
24. Click "Manage images"
25. Repeat steps 5-8 to update the Referrer & Referee Global journey as well as any of the optional individual journeys.
26. Repeat steps 10-19 to update the Email Global image as well as any of the optional journeys by clicking "Core journey" or "Other emails" and choosing a page from the drop-down.
27. Click "Close" to exit the Image management section.
The Referee Invited By Link/Social Sharing Image (Optional) is not controlled within the Image management section and will need to be updated individually across every applicable draft experiment.
28. To upload a new image, click "Referee invited by link"
29. Click "Personalise your image and copy"
30. Click "Change image"
31. Click "Save and close"
32. Finally, toggle between the Device preview options to review your changes and click "Open all previews" to see all pages.
33. To set your draft live, Click "on the name of the draft" to be taken back to the draft experiment page.
34. Click "Experiment actions"
35. Click "Run instead of current experiment"
36. Repeat steps 34-35 for each applicable Draft experiment that you need to put live.
