Our standard data retention period is three months following the termination of the contract. After this, we will delete all your customer data from the Mention Me platform. This allows enough time to wind down the referral scheme and deal with any customer service queries as a consequence.
We can work on shorter retention periods on different classes of data and are happy to discuss the options with you.
