This guide will show you how to search for a customer's reward code. You may wish to do this if the customer cannot find their reward code in their email.
Please note, only users with Customer Support Supervisor access or higher have permission to perform this action. Click here to read more about user access and different permissions
For users who do not have permission you can resend the customer's fulfilment email to them
How to navigate to the Rewards section
1. Go to the Customers section in the platform
2. Search for the customer by either their name, email, customer ID or share link then click on the customer’s link to open their account
3. Scroll down to the Rewards section and click 'Reveal'
