We always encrypt data in transit via HTTPS (TLS) or SFTP (SSH)
Our platform also has a secure file transfer component for transferring files between clients and Mention Me, which you can find in your dashboard under Settings > Data > Secure File Transfer.
The Mention Me platform databases are encrypted at rest with AWS RDS encryption using industry-standard AES-256 cyphers.
