This guide will show you how to add and unlock users within your Mention Me account. You will want to add users when you have a new colleague that needs access to your Mention Me dashboard, or when someone in your team changes roles. You may also need to unlock a user account if they haven't logged in for a while and this guide will show explain how
Please note: Only users with full Administrator access can add or unlock user accounts
How to add users:
1. Go to the Settings option at the bottom of the page
2. Under Account Settings click on 'Account users'
3. Click on 'Add users'
4. Enter the new user’s email address then click 'Next'
5. Enter the new user’s first name and surname & select the new user’s roles (you can choose more than one). This guide shows you the different level of user permissions per Role
6. You can also add users across multiple accounts, such as locales or brand names
To do this:
- Click 'Add Account'
- Select additional account from the Merchant list
- Click 'Save'
7. Once a new user has been added they will receive a welcome email from the platform asking them to create their platform login

How to unlock users:
Please note, all user accounts will be locked automatically for inactivity after 90 days
1. Go to the Settings option at the bottom of the page
2. Under Account Settings click on 'Account users'
3. Find the locked users account and click on Actions and then 'Unlock Account'
4. If you use 'Single Sign-On' to access the platform the unlocked account will be able to sign in again without the need for resetting their password
5. If you do not use 'Single Sign-On' then you will need to send the user a password reset email. Locate the account you have just unlocked and click on Actions and then 'Send password reset email'
6. The user will then receive an email asking them to reset their password, once they have done this they will be able to access the platform again
