At Mention Me, our responsibility is limited to distributing the referral codes that your team has provided to us. We do not have any involvement in setting up the codes or managing how they function. This means that while we ensure the codes are distributed accurately and efficiently, the initial setup, configuration, and functionality of the codes are entirely within your team's control.
If you encounter any issues related to the code setup or operation, those will need to be addressed by your team. We are here to support and ensure smooth distribution, but we do not have control over the code's configuration or behaviour.
Here are some things to verify with your customer:
- Ensure their purchase aligns with the offer's terms.
- Confirm they're not using the code with another promotion.
- Check for any extra spaces before or after the code.
If a customer needs a new code because they used it and then cancelled or returned their order, please send us a request.
Note: If GiftCloud, Runa (WeGift), or Shopify manages your rewards, reach out to your account manager for a new code as we can't provide one in those cases.
