The AB testing section counts all customers who have enrolled for referral (including name sharing); the reports count only customers who have enrolled and clicked through to share.
We automatically enrol everyone for referral post-purchase and show these figures in the platform. In the downloadable reports, we only include customers who have clicked the referral pop-up. This means you can use this data for actions, like picking a referral competition winner or sending emails reminding referrers to share.
