This guide will show you the different ways in which you can manage your own design. It will highlight how to Edit your design, leave Comments on an offer and how to Contact our Support Team.
Editing your Design
You can manage the design at 3 points:
On the Theme applied to your Experiments
How to Leave Comments on your Offer
If you are having any trouble using the image upload tool or theme editor you can leave comments directly on your offer for our Design Team to deal with.
1. In the Preview section, switch to “Comment mode” at the top of the page and click on the desktop symbol.

2. The "Add comment" option will appear below the offer page.
3. Click "Add comment".

4. A feedback icon will appear, you have the ability to drag this around the screen and put it near the copy you want to change.

5. Type the change you want to make and remember to press Save. If you make a mistake you can always delete the comment you left or reply again to the same comment with new information.

Mention Me Support we will receive a notification about your feedback automatically, meaning there’s no need for you to log in to check the status of your feedback. You’ll also get an email notification each time a comment has been resolved or responded to.
List of Changes Mention Me can make for you
Our Mention Me Design Team is able to help you with the following types of changes:
- Change CSS across all your touchpoints.
- Insert or update imagery across touchpoints.
- Resize plain imagery to fit across touchpoints.
- Create Feefo banners.
Touchpoints are Referrer Screens, Referee Screens, Dashboard, Corner Peel, Conversion Message, Emails, Social, Matching Service, Unsubscribe.

List of Changes Mention Me cannot make for you
Actioning requests specific to our platform lets us focus on getting your journey working correctly and looking on-brand as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there are some services we cannot help you with:
- Create your artwork (Take photos or add graphics onto imagery e.g. Roundels, Trustpilot Information)
- Resize graphics to fit across touchpoints (Move/resize graphics on imagery e.g. Resizing a desktop image with a graphic on, for mobile)
- Create animation (Anything that moves in a given space)
- Create GIFs (Imagery which changes frame by frame over a period of time)
However once you’ve had your in-house design team make these changes we’ll be able to do the rest.
