If you have any feedback around your design, imagery or copy (text), please use the comment function. This is the fastest and most accurate way to get help from us.
Note: you can always manage your own copy changes following these steps
The live comments feature is especially useful when you request a change and have to send us feedback on the draft we created for you.
Here is how you can add your comments:
1- Click on the link draft we've sent you, or log into your dashboard, find your campaign>draft>experiment where you want the details changed and click on Preview on the right hand side:
2-Simply switch on "Comment mode" on the top of the page:
3-Go the page where you need the change, click on "Add comment" below the page.
4-This opens a little orange button. Click on the button, write your request and click "Save".
5- Please ensure you drag the button to where you need the change made on the page.
Our support team will receive the notification, action the changes and revert back so you can review them.
