What are Advocacy Dashboards?
Advocacy Dashboards give you a new way to track performance, both for overall advocacy and individual campaigns.
They provide a holistic view of advocacy for your business and let you monitor revenue growth over time.
You’ll get actionable insights to make data-driven decisions on advocacy marketing tactics.
Where can I find the new dashboards?
The main navigation now includes three new Dashboards, each focused on a different part of the platform.
You’ll find these dashboards in the left-hand navigation menu.
Our ‘Advocacy Dashboard’ replaces the old ‘Executive Dashboard’. We’ve split performance into new sections: one focused on Advocacy, and one focused on the programmes you run through Mention Me.
Why are we replacing our Executive Overview?
We’ve introduced new features and advocacy measurement metrics to surface the true value of advocacy.
Where can I find my referral metrics?
The previous ‘Executive Dashboard’ can now be found as ‘Programme Reporting’ in the left-hand navigation. You can set this as your homepage with the ‘Dashboard Settings’ feature.
Can I customise the dashboards?
You can select which of the three dashboards will be your landing page using the ‘Dashboard Settings’ menu at the top of each dashboard.
The ‘Overall Performance’ tab in ‘Programme Reporting’ lets you customise which metrics are shown for fast access and reporting.
What is on each page?
Advocacy Dashboard
The Advocacy Dashboard gives headline information on the overall value of advocacy and Mention Me. It lets you quickly access deeper insights to share with decision makers.
On this page, you can find:
- Recent customer sentiment: Get a quick, personal view of how customers feel about your brand. Learn more about Sentiment Analysis.
- Earned Growth Score: See your top-level advocacy progress and its financial impact. Learn more about Earned Growth.
- Average ECR: Monitor month-to-month trends for the value of your advocates.
- Referral Metrics: Track how many new customers and how much revenue is generated by Mention Me.
- NPS Split: See how much of your customer base has a positive or negative experience. Learn more about Sentiment Analysis.
- Integrations Setup: Confirm which parts of your Martech stack are integrated with Mention Me.
- Contacts & Opt Ins: Ensure you’re capturing first-party contacts and marketing opt-ins to build your marketing database.
Advocacy Intelligence
This dashboard provides deeper detail on advocacy metrics and activities, bringing together everything you need for a holistic view—Earned Growth, ECR, and Sentiment—on one page.
On this page, you can find:
- Earned Growth Breakdown: Review the components that make up your Earned Growth score. Learn more about Earned Growth.
- ECR Segment Sizes: Check the size of each segment to target the most valuable customers.
- Predicted ECR segments (Optimise, Advanced, Ultimate only): Look ahead to spot and act on trends in your customer segments.
- Best Network: Visualise how networks form and see the compounding effect of advocacy.
Programme Reporting
The Programme Reporting dashboard is for campaign owners seeking deeper detail on referral campaign performance.
On this page, you can find the key metrics for the referral programme:
- Revenue Breakdowns: See where referral campaign revenue comes from—new customers, repeat purchases, and subsequent orders.
- Key Referral Metrics: Track New Customers, Share Rate, and Conversion to understand where you’re succeeding and where to focus.
- Campaign Comparisons: Quickly identify which campaigns may be underperforming.
