This article explains how to assign both listed and not listed voucher batches to a campaign reward in Mention Me. By the end, you'll know how to select and allocate voucher codes for your offers.
Only users with Marketing or Administrator access can assign vouchers.
Assigning a Listed Batch of Vouchers
1. Click Campaigns
2. The overview displays voucher health per campaign and highlights which ones need updates.
3. Click + Add vouchers → Add vouchers → Click Select from uploaded.
4. Select all the relevant voucher batches that apply to this offer.
5. Click Assign reward codes
Assigning a Not Listed Voucher Batch
Step 1: Find the Voucher Batch ID
1. Click Campaigns
2. Click the relevant campaign name
3. Click on the name of the reward which is relevant, e.g. "Referrer gets 20% off when they spend over £100"
4. Make a note of the batch ID
Step 2: Assign the Batch to the Reward
1. Click Campaigns
2. Click the name of the relevant campaign you want to assign the vouchers to
3. Click on the name of the reward which is relevant, e.g. "Referrer gets 20% off when they spend over £100"
4. Click Edit reward
5. Tick and untick the batches that you want to apply to the offer
6. Press Save
