Need to assign a batch of reward vouchers to multiple offers? Whether you’re streamlining setup across campaigns or correcting a previous upload, this guide will walk you through the process step by step. You’ll learn how to locate existing rewards, assign voucher batches quickly, and even repurpose older batches that aren’t automatically listed.
This guide will help you:
- Assign existing batches of reward codes using the “Select from uploaded” sidebar
- Reassign voucher batches that don’t appear in the usual batch selection menu
- Locate batch IDs via your experiment and campaign setup
- Use platform filters to quickly find the right reward
- Add or update voucher batches to ensure seamless reward fulfilment
- Understand which user permissions are required to complete each step
By the end, you’ll be able to confidently manage reward voucher assignments and avoid common fulfilment issues, ensuring your referral rewards are always delivered correctly, no matter how many offers you’re managing.
Only users with Marketing or Administrator access can assign codes.
Assigning a Listed Voucher Batch
1. Go to Content → Rewards

2. Browse or search the list of all created rewards
- To easily locate your reward, find the Reward ID on the Offer Overview page (usually 5 digits), then use Ctrl or Cmd + F to search.

3. You can also use filters to help narrow your search:
- Reward Type (Referrer or Referee)
- Fulfilment Type (e.g. Voucher, Integration, etc.)
- Voucher Status (Good or None Left)
- Used By (Live, Draft, Previous experiments)
- Reward Value (e.g. £10 Gift Card)

4. Once you locate the correct reward, click Add Vouchers → Select from Uploaded

5. A sidebar will appear showing all available uploaded code batches
6. Tick the box next to the relevant batch(es), then click Assign reward codes

Assigning a Not Listed Voucher Batch
If your desired batch isn’t listed, follow these steps to manually locate and assign it:
Step 1: Find the voucher Batch ID
1. Go to the Campaigns tab

2. Select the relevant campaign

3. Locate the corresponding experiment (under Current, Draft, or Previous)
4. Click into the experiment to see its overview

5. Click the reward name (e.g. “Referrer gets…” or “Referee gets…”)

6. The Manage Vouchers page will open—note the Batch ID shown next to uploaded code sets

4. Click Manage next to the reward

5. Inside the Reward Details page, click Edit reward in the top right corner

6. On the Edit screen, scroll through the list of all available batches
7. Locate your Batch ID, tick the checkbox, and click Save (bottom right)
