How to Add or Edit Your Payment Details – Mention Me | Help Centre

This guide explains how to add / edit your payment details to your influencer dashboard. By the end, you'll know how to set up your payment method so you can withdraw funds earned as an influencer.

What You Need

Your banking details
Your mobile phone (so we can verify your identity by SMS)
The magic link to your influencer dashboard, sent in your registration email

Step 1: Access Your Influencer Dashboard

Start by locating your registration email from the brand you are an influencer for. Inside, you'll find an option to request a magic link. Click this link to receive an email that lets you log into your influencer dashboard.

Step 2: Go to Your Profile

Once you're logged in, go to your dashboard homepage and select Profile.

If you are creating a payment method: Click on Add new payment method.

If you want to edit your payment method: Click on Edit details.

Step 3: Verify Your Mobile Number

For security, you'll need to add your mobile number (include the country code). We'll send you a one-time PIN by SMS. Enter this PIN on the next screen to confirm your identity.

Step 4: Enter Your Address Details

You'll now be asked to provide your full address. This must match the address registered with your bank. This match is essential for ID verification (KYC checks).

Your email address and first names will be pre-filled for you
Add your mobile number, complete address (including postcode and country)
The country you choose will determine your available currencies and payment methods

Step 5: Address Confirmation

Your address will be verified automatically. If it can't be verified, you'll be asked to confirm or edit it.

Step 6: Choose Your Currency and Payout Method

Select the currency for payment based on your country. If you're in the UK or EU, you'll see the relevant options (for example, GBP or EUR). For these currencies, you'll only be able to receive payment via local bank transfer.

If you are being paid in USD, you can choose between local bank transfer and PayPal (where PayPal payouts are supported in your region).

Step 7: Add Your Bank Details

Enter your bank details exactly as shown by your bank. This information varies by country:

UK accounts: Requires Sort code and Account number
EU accounts: Requires IBAN and SWIFT/BIC
The required fields will be shown depending on your location and currency choice
Select the correct account type (checking or savings)

Make sure all your bank and address details are entered correctly. Incorrect information can delay or prevent your payments from reaching you.

Step 8: VAT Registration (If Applicable)

If you're VAT registered, tick the relevant box and add your VAT number. This is for tax compliance. If not, select Not registered.

Step 9: Confirm and Finish

Read and agree to the terms and conditions. Once confirmed, your payment details are set up.

Withdrawing Your Funds

After adding your payment details, you can withdraw funds from your influencer account when they become available.
There must be a minimum amount of 5 GBP/ EUR/ USD within your account before you can make any withdrawals.

Payment Timelines

Once you request to withdraw your funds, it can take up to 7 working days for the funds to reach you via your chosen payment method (subject to no payment verification delays).
