This article explains how to invite influencers to your programme after they have been discovered and reviewed by Mention Me. You’ll learn how to use the suggested section to invite, reject, or save influencers for later, and how to handle single or bulk invitations.
Access the Suggested Influencer Section
Once Mention Me has reviewed your potential influencers, they will appear in your Suggested section.
Review and Manage Your Influencers
- Save influencers: Review them later by saving them.
- Reject influencers: Reject immediately to improve discovery recommendations.

Invite influencers: Send an invitation email to ask them to register for your influencer programme.

Invite Influencers
You can invite influencers individually or in bulk:
- Single Invite: Click Invite next to a specific influencer to send an email invitation for your programme.

Bulk Actions: Select multiple influencers, then choose Invite or Reject to apply these actions all at once. Note: The bulk invite option works if you have only one active programme.

Choose Your Email Method
When inviting influencers, you can send either via Mention Me via the invite email template (previously configured) or manually through your own CRM, via a customised message.
For emails sent via Mention Me:
After clicking Invite:
- Select the appropriate programme. If you only have one, this will be selected by default.
- Choose the language for the email. If only one language is set up, this will be the default.
- Confirm to send the invitation email.
Manual Invitations
If you prefer, you can download a list of influencer emails and send invitations directly from your own CRM.
