About the integration

Integrating with Runa means you can choose from a selection of standard gift cards or create your own that will be passed to the Mention Me platform. 

If you’d like to set up buying bulk gift cards for your refer-a-friend programme, please talk to your Mention Me contact and a Runa representative. 

If you proceed to integrate with Runa, you’ll need to do a few things to set up the integration.

• Create Runa API Keys and Save within the Mention Me Platform
• Provide the Voucher Product Codes being used to Mention Me (as either a Payout Link Template ID or a Single Product Code)
• Provide the User Redemption Template (Optional, if being used)

Please let your Mention Me onboarding project manager or client success manager know if you have any questions. 

Step 1. Create API Key in Runa

1. Login to Runa with access to create API Keys
   
   
2. Click on API -> Create API Key

3. Select Production Key
   
   
4. Enter a name for the key (i.e. Mention_Me) and press Create Key
   
   
5. Save these credentials (so you can use them in Step 3) (Note: It is only shown once)

Step 2. Save Runa API Key in Mention Me

1. On the Mention Me platform, Click Set-up new 3rd Party Provider and select Runa from the list of Providers
   
   
   
2. Enter a name and the API Key (from Step 1) and click Create
   
   

Step 3. Share Runa Product Codes being used

Depending on your campaign setup, you have the option to use a single product order (e.g. Amazon UK) or a Payout Link (where customers can choose from a selection of vouchers). 

Email these codes to Mention Me Support, your CSM or Onboarding Project Manager and they will create / edit  your reward for you.

Single Product Orders

• Copy the specific product code of the voucher being issued and share with Mention Me
  
  

Payout Links

• Create a Payout Template by following these steps
• Copy the Template ID (It starts with PT) and share with Mention Me
  
  

Step 4. Share Runa User Redemption Template ID (Optional)

• If you are using a Custom Redemption, create it by following these steps
• Copy the Template ID (It starts with DT) and share with Mention Me
  
  

Email the code to Mention Me Support, your CSM or Onboarding Project Manager and they will create / edit  your reward for you.
