About the Mention Me Bloomreach Integration
The Mention Me integration with Bloomreach allows you to receive referral and advocacy-related events into your Bloomreach platform in real time.
What This Integration Enables
- Send contact data and opt-ins from Mention Me referred customers to Bloomreach in real time
- Use referral data to trigger coupon email reminders
- Enhance marketing performance by segmenting and targeting high-value customers using referral and advocacy data
During setup, Mention Me will automatically create the necessary Customer Attributes and Custom Events in Bloomreach—you do not need to configure these manually.
Event and attribute data is pushed based on customer ID (typically email address).
Mention Me will send profile and event data for any prospect or customer who triggers a Mention Me event, regardless of their opt-in status in Bloomreach—because they may have opted in via another channel.
How contact matching works:
- If a customer already exists in Bloomreach:
- We’ll append Mention Me attributes to their profile
- We’ll add Mention Me events to their profile
- If a customer does not exist in Bloomreach:
- We’ll create their contact profile using email as the ID
- We’ll append Mention Me attributes to the profile
- We’ll add relevant Mention Me events
- We’ll add a consent event only if it was explicitly captured during a Mention Me journey
Types of Data Shared with Bloomreach
The integration sends the following data types to Bloomreach:
1. Customer Profile Attributes

Mention Me events—such as customer registrations, reward issuance, and referrals—are sent as event data into Bloomreach.
