The Mention Me integration uses the Bloomreach custom events functionality that can be used for trigger-based scenarios to generate email campaigns or segmentations.
Mention Me will automatically set the custom events in Bloomreach as part of the integration setup
The events are associated to a customer profile based on their registered id email address and will show under the Properties and Events section of the profile
About Bloomreach Custom Events
Custom events are how scenario segmentations in Bloomreach can be linked to external triggers. They can be associated with actions outside Bloomreach, and can then be used to add contacts to a scenario, trigger email campaigns to them or used to create dynamic segments.
