If your business model is a subscription or part subscription, we need some additional data to ensure you get the full value out of our Customer Advocacy Intelligence platform and gain a much better understanding of who your most valuable customers are.
Using the existing tag integration, we can only see the initial purchase or signup. This works well for tracking referrals and calculating the initial additional revenue Mention Me has helped you acquire. However, as we do not see the subsequent subscription revenue we are not seeing the true value of your customers and are not able to model ECR, Network Insights and Earned Growth for you.
For example, do referred customers subscribe for longer or take a higher package which would affect the overall value of the referee, referrer and network.
What is needed
Our recommendation is that you send us each renewal as a new order and our modelling will be able to calculate the true value of a customer and their referrals.
Next Steps
To do this;
- We need a historical order upload for the subscription orders we wouldn't have seen through the tags (for example subscription renewals)
- We need a regular SFTP transfer of those orders on a daily or weekly basis so we can keep everything accurate.
