Learn how to extend the validity period for referral campaign vouchers so you can keep using them without uploading new codes.
Only users with Marketing or Administrator access can extend voucher validity.
Why Extend Validity?
If vouchers are flagged as ‘expiring soon’ and you want to continue using them, you can update their expiration date instead of uploading new codes.
How to Adjust Referral Campaign Validity Period
1. Click Campaigns.
2. Click the name of the relevant campaign.
3. Click the name of the relevant reward (for example, Referrer gets 20% off when they spend over £100).
4. Click batch options (the three dots).
5. Click Adjust Validity.
6. Enter the start date and new end date.
7. Click Adjust validity to save your changes.
