This guide helps you to extend the validity of a current set of vouchers. Should your vouchers be marked as nearing expiration and you wish to prevent this, or if you aim to permit the platform to utilise the existing vouchers for an extended period.
Only users with Marketing or Administrator access can extend the validity of vouchers.
To extend voucher validity via the Campaigns tab:
1. Access the Campaigns section on the platform.
2. The platform will give you an overview of your voucher health for each campaign and will indicate which campaigns require new codes.
3. Select the relevant campaign if you have more than one.
4. Locate the relevant experiment, this could be under Current, Draft or Previous.
5. Click on the experiment name to see the experiment overview page.

7. By clicking on the notification it will take you to the Content section in the platform and will show you a filtered view of that specific reward only.
8. When you find the reward, click 'Manage'.
9. This will open up the Reward detail page. This page will show you a history of all events such as when codes were uploaded and who did it, along with details on any existing batches assigned to the offer.
10. At the bottom of the page you'll see 'Batches of Vouchers' and beneath that a table of every batch of vouchers that has ever been uploaded to that specific reward. To see the rewards provided in a batch you click on the batch ID number.
11. Once you have established the batch of vouchers that needs extending, at the end of the row there is an option dropdown (3 dots). This will give you the option to disable a batch of vouchers, which will stop the platform from issuing vouchers from that batch or adjust the validity.
12. Click the option 'Adjust Validity' and a date adjustment calendar will appear.
13. Finally, enter your new expiration date and press 'Adjust validity' to save your new date.
