How to get started
Step 1 – Request a Feefo banner
From your Mention Me Client Success Manager.
Step 2 – Approve the banner copy and design
Your Client Success Manager will send you the banner and work with you to finalise how it looks.
Step 3 – Test URL
Your Client Success Manager will send you the unique URL that will host your banner. It’ll look similar to this:

Paste this URL into your browser to check it shows correctly.
Step 4 – Set up the banner in your Feefo account
- Login to your Feefo account page
- Select Campaigns -> Manage Campaigns
- If you have multiple campaigns, select the campaign you want to add the banner to, then select Actions -> Edit
- Select Campaign Preferences
- Select Show iframe banner on the iframe section
- Select the rating option you want to use to show the iframe banner:
- Service
- Product
- NPS
- Select the values/scores for relevant rating option to show the inframe banner:
- Service and Product is between 1 and 5 stars
- NPS score is between 1 and 10
- Iframe URL: Paste the URL of the iframe banner supplied in Step 3 into this section
- Once you’ve inserted your banner, it’ll show in the preview section. A fully configured iframe banner form will look similar to this:
- Click Save Campaign and exit the page
That’s it! Your Feefo banner is set up and ready to use.
