This guide will show you how to unsubscribe your customer from receiving email communications relating to your refer-a-friend programme
Please Note:
a) This will stop ALL emails from Mention Me to your customer, including reward fulfilment emails
b) This will not stop your customer from receiving any other marketing communications they may be opted into from yourselves
How to navigate to 'Turn emails off'
1. Go to the Customers section in the platform
2. Search for the customer by either their name, email, customer ID or share link then click on the customer’s link to open their account
3. Go to Actions and click on 'Turn emails off'
4. Should the customer wish to start receiving email communications again you simply follow the same process and select 'Turn emails on'
