This article explains how to manually move a customer from one campaign to another in the Mention Me Merchant Platform.
Steps to Move a Customer Between Campaigns
- Go to the Mention Me Merchant Platform.
- Click on Customers.
- Search for the customer by:
- Name
- Customer ID
- Share Link
- Click to open the customer’s profile.
- Under Sharing, click Actions.
- Select Stop Sharing to remove them from their current campaign.
- Click Enrol to Campaign.
- Choose the correct campaign from the drop-down menu.
You’ll get a confirmation that the customer has been enrolled.
