This guide aims to assist you in the process of creating and supplying your historical order data. Understanding how to effectively compile and present this information is crucial for maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth transactions.
Throughout this guide, we will break down the steps necessary to gather your historical order data. Historical Order Upload
By uploading your customer's historical order data, you're able to access advanced features such as Extended Customer Revenue (ECR) and Predicted ECR much sooner as the algorithms will have enough data to start segmenting and predicting.
If you use Shopify, please see our guide for creating your Historical Order Export within Shopify Admin.
