This guide will show you the different ways in which you can manage your own imagery. It will walk you through how to change the imagery on a live and draft experiment as well as pushing the draft experiment live.
Managing Imagery for a Live Experiment
1. Using the navigation panel on the left, click "Campaigns"

2. Click "the name of the campaign" you wish to update.

3. Click "on the name of the experiment"

4. Click on the offer thumbnail image to open up the preview section.

Uploading new Imagery to a Single Live Experiment
1. To update imagery for a single Live experiment, click "Manage images" & "For this offer"

You can find recommended imagery sizes for each touchpoint here.
2. Within the Image management section, you have the ability to control images across the Website, Email and Entry point API views.

3. To use the same imagery across your full journey, you will only need to update the Referrer & Referee global journeys. If you wish to, you can also apply imagery individually to a specific part of the journey by using the individual journeys (optional) options.

4. Select "Change" to upload a new image (across mobile and desktop as required).

5. Using our Edit Image tool, you can adjust the uploaded image.

6. Click "Save and use this image" once you are happy.

7. Repeat steps 5-8 to update the Referee Global journey as well as any of the Individual journeys
(optional).

8. To update your Email imagery, click "Email"

9. To apply an image across all emails, click "Include an image in emails by default"

10. Click "Choose" to upload an image.

11. Using our Edit Image tool, you can adjust the uploaded image.

12. Click "Save and use this image" once you are happy.

13. You can also apply imagery individually to a specific email within the journey by clicking "Core journey" or "Other emails" and choosing a page from the drop-down.

14. On the selected email page, to use a different image, click the "Override global image" option.

15. Click "Choose"

16. Using our Edit Image tool, you can adjust the uploaded image.

18. Click "Close" to exit the Image management section.

Uploading new Imagery to Multiple Live Experiments
1. To update imagery for multiple Live experiments, click "Manage images" & "For multiple offers"

2. You can filter which experiments you would like to see using the drop-down menus.

3. Select all the live experiments you want to upload your new imagery to.

4. Click "Manage images"

5. Click "Yes, manage imagery for live offers"

6. Repeat steps 1-7 under Uploading new Imagery to a Single Live Experiment to update the Referrer & Referee Global journey as well as any of the optional individual journeys.
7. Repeat steps 8-18 under Uploading new Imagery to a Single Live Experiment to update the Email Global image as well as any of the optional journeys by clicking "Core journey" or "Other emails" and choosing a page from the drop-down.
Managing Imagery for a Draft Experiment
1. Click the draft experiment link provided to you.

Uploading new Imagery to a Single Draft Experiment
2. Repeat steps 1-7 under Uploading new Imagery to a Single Live Experiment to update the Referrer & Referee Global journey as well as any of the optional individual journeys.
3. Repeat steps 8-18 under Uploading new Imagery to a Single Live Experiment to update the Email Global image as well as any of the optional journeys by clicking "Core journey" or "Other emails" and choosing a page from the drop-down.
Uploading new Imagery to Multiple Draft Experiments
1. To update imagery for multiple draft experiments, click "Manage images" & "For multiple offers"

3. Select all the draft experiments you want to upload your new imagery to.

6. Repeat steps 8-18 under Uploading new Imagery to a Single Live Experiment to update the Email Global image as well as any of the optional journeys by clicking "Core journey" or "Other emails" and choosing a page from the drop-down.
Setting your Draft(s) Live
1. To set your draft(s) live, Click "on the name of the draft" to be taken back to the draft experiment page.

2. Click "Experiment actions"

3. Click "Run instead of current experiment"

4. Repeat action for each draft experiment that needs to be set Live.
Editing the Personalised Share Image & Copy
The Referee Invited By Link/Social Sharing Image (Optional) is not controlled within the Image management section and will need to be updated individually across every applicable draft experiment.
