This guide will show you how to add, delete, and reply to comments made in your offers.
If you need help with copy, images, or design, you can leave comments directly on your offer for the Mention Me team to assist.
- In the Preview section, switch to Comment mode at the top of the page. You can add comments in both desktop and mobile views.
- A comment icon will appear next to your cursor.
- Click anywhere on the screen to add a comment.
- A feedback icon will appear where you clicked. You can drag this icon to reposition it near the content in question.
- Type the change you want to request and click Save.
- If you make a mistake, you can delete your comment.
- You can also reply to a comment with additional information.
Mention Me Support receives notifications automatically when feedback is submitted—there’s no need to log in to check its status. You’ll also receive an email notification when your comment is resolved or has a reply.
