Will I receive any training on the platform?
We offer videos and knowledge base guides focused on Using the Onboarding Monday Boards, A Platform Demo and Customer Journey Demo. Additionally, training materials are provided for your Customer Service team at the end of the onboarding process.
What parts of the Onboarding can I start before the contract is signed?
The first thing to do is to complete the Set Up Form. You will then receive your Onboarding Monday Plan and can initiate the technical integration. We also recommend preparing design assets, like images, logo, and fonts ready for upload into the platform.
Is there a specific sequence I should follow in the Onboarding Monday Plan, or can they proceed in any order?
We strongly recommend following the order in the Onboarding Monday Plan, as some tasks depend on prior completion. For example, migrating a campaign from Demo to Live requires prior completion of design sign-off, copy, and demo tag testing.
What do I do if I need support whilst onboarding?
You should submit your queries via Request Forms or tag “@MentionMeSupport” in the onboarding task you are stuck on.
