This guide shows you how to request a new SFTP setup in the Mention Me platform using our updated method. You’ll find where to access the option and how to manage your authentication details, folders, and confirmation steps.
Request SFTP setup in a few clicks
- Go directly to the SFTP page in the Mention Me platform.
- Enter your IP addresses and SSH public keys under Authentication and IP allow list.
- Click Save to submit your details.
What happens next?
- Mention Me will email the user who submitted the authentication details to request a list of required folders for your SFTP integration.
See folder examples - We’ll also ask if you need Mention Me to generate any reports for you on a scheduled basis.
Final confirmation and file access
- Once setup is complete, your username and file paths will be visible in the Configuration and data section of the SFTP page. You can find information here about connecting via SFTP
- You can track all files sent and received, check for processing confirmation, and view logs under the created inbound and outbound folders.
Need to update your SFTP setup?
If you need to make changes to your SSH Key or IP allow list, simply return to the SFTP page in the Mention Me platform, update the relevant information, then click Save to submit your changes.
