Sometimes customers will ask to change their name if they misspelt it at the time of enrolling into the referral journey. Here's how to do it:
In the Mention Me dashboard, go to the Customers tab in the left navigation panel (If you are a customer support agent you will by default see this view).
- Search by (incorrect) name or email address
The customer’s details will appear if they’ve previously interacted with the referral programme.
- Click on Edit Customer's name
- Change the name in either the Firstname field, Surname field or both (please note you won't be able to change the Slug field. If you/your customer want both to match, please contact our Support team and we'll do it for you)
- Click Save
