What is personalising the sharing image?
Personalising the sharing image allows you to put dynamic copy on the image that referrers will share. This is the image & copy that referee or friend will receive on their sharing channel (for example Facebook or WhatsApp etc)

Why should I personalise the sharing image?
We have seen as high as 17% increase in purchase rate and 14% increase in overall referral conversion.
How do I set up a personalised sharing image?
- Log in to your dashboard
- Go to the campaign section on your dashboard and select one of your live campaigns.
- Create a draft experiment. The easiest way to do this is by duplicating an existing experiment
- For the offer that you would like to set up the personalised sharing image go to the preview section
- In the preview section go to the 'Referee invited by link' section
- Click 'Personalise your image and copy'. This will open up the 'Manage your social sharing' overlay
- Click 'change image' and upload the image you would like to use as the sharing image. We recommend an image which is 1200px wide and 630px tall (Uploading other sizes might result in the image being stretched)
- Select the font, font size, text colour, text case you would like to use for the sharing copy
- There is also an option to add an image gradient which leaves the bottom of the image with a darker gradient so that the text is clearer
- Now it's time to chose the copy you want for the personalised image. Select the 'share copy' tab
- The 'overlay copy' section control what will appear on the image.
- You can pull in dynamic elements 'Referee reward amount', 'Referrer reward amount', 'Referrer full name', Referee first name', 'Referrer last name and 'Brand name' to personalise the message.
- The 'What it will look like' section shows you a preview
- You can also personalise the share title copy share body copy in the same way
- Select 'Save and close' and you will return to the preview section. If you want to edit it again just select 'Personalise your image and copy'.
