Can I remove the Mention Me logo from the customer journeys?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the option to remove the Mention Me logo from customer journeys.
The inclusion of our logo is essential for compliance with GDPR regulations. This is particularly important as we engage with customers via email and handle their data in accordance with the referral programme. Furthermore, it has been observed that conversion rates tend to improve when customers feel assured that the referral programme is an integral part of your brand. Maintaining the consistency of the customer experience within your website not only fosters trust but also enhances the overall effectiveness of the programme.
Can Mention Me make design changes for me?
Yes, we can change your design via the theme editor which is also available for self-serve.
The touchpoints available to edit are the Website screens, Dashboard, Corner Peel, Conversion Message and Emails

Can Mention Me change my imagery?
Yes, once you have supplied your imagery we can use the image upload tool which is also available for self-serve.
Can Mention Me create artwork for me?
Unfortunately, there are some services we cannot help you with:
- Create your artwork (Take photos or add graphics onto imagery, e.g. Roundels, Trustpilot Information)
- Resize graphics to fit across touchpoints (Move/resize graphics on imagery, e.g. resizing a desktop image with a graphic on, for mobile)
- Create animation (Anything that moves in a given space)
- Create GIFs (Imagery which changes frame by frame over a period of time)
Actioning requests specific to our platform lets us focus on getting your journey working correctly and looking on-brand as soon as possible.
Who creates the referral Feefo banners?
Mention Me will create the Feefo banners for you once you have supplied the link for the CTA, imagery and logos. We will also need the headline and body copy you want to use.
Can I add imagery to the top of my emails?
We are unable to adjust the structure of any emails. This means moving imagery, sections, buttons to places other than the default is not achievable at this moment in time.
Can I add custom fonts to my email?
We don't offer custom fonts because most devices do not have these fonts installed locally, which could result in the incorrect display of information. Instead, most devices default to Web Safe Fonts, which ensures consistent styling between the platform and the actual emails.
As a result of the varied rendering of custom fonts across different email clients, our platform doesn't support their use to maintain consistency and reliability. More information on fonts in emails can be found here.
Where do I edit the sharing copy for the email the referrer sends to their friend?

Why are there only 5 sharing channels that I can edit the share message for (Native Share, WhatsApp, Twitter, Line and SMS)
