How to Generate & Download Reports
1. Go to:
Performance → Programme Reporting → Reports for Download
2. Select a date range
- Choose from preset ranges (e.g. last 7 days, last 30 days)
- Or define your own custom start and end dates
3. Browse the list of available reports
- Scroll to find the report you need
- Click to expand the report details
- Click Start running this report now
4. Monitor progress
- Your report will appear in the queue panel on the right-hand side
- You'll see its status update as it's being processed
5. Download the report
- Once ready, the report becomes clickable
- Click it to instantly start your download
That’s it! You now have detailed, exportable referral data—including customer activity, campaign performance, and reward fulfilment—ready for analysis or sharing.
