Need to dig into the order data processed by Mention Me? The platform offers downloadable Order/Transaction Exports to give you visibility into the transactions we've received and recorded. Found under the Performance section of your dashboard, this reporting feature helps you cross-reference Mention Me order data with your internal systems to identify discrepancies, missed orders, or other integration concerns.
Order/Transaction Exports are accessible within the Mention Me platform. Find them under Performance > Reports for Download.
