In this guide, you'll learn how to efficiently extract the data you need from Mention Me, whether you're looking for a quick, one-time export or a more automated, recurring solution.
We’ll walk you through two main methods of accessing performance reports: manually downloading them directly from your dashboard, and setting up automatically generated reports delivered to your preferred location. By the end, you'll be equipped to access campaign and cohort data on demand or streamline regular reporting to save time and ensure consistency.
Manually retrieving reports
- Log in to your dashboard and navigate to Performance > Reports for download:
- Choose between reports over time or reports for a specific cohort per campaign
- Specify the period you want the report to run from and select the specific report to download in CSV.
Automatically generated reports
Many of the reports under Reports for download can be automatically generated and delivered, along with others not listed in this section.
These reports can be sent to:
- The Secure File Transfer area of the Mention Me platform
- Via e-mail to nominated team members (we advise against sending customer data in emails)
- Via SFTP to your own systems.
You can choose how often this data is delivered (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly).
