There is a dedicated Customer section in your dashboard, that allows you (or anyone in your team with the right access) to perform a series of actions on your individual customers:
There is a quick tour of the new Customer Section available from the next to the header. Which is available to you permanently should you ever need a re-fresher. Also, look out for the "?" icon throughout the different pages for tips and guides on specific features too
This is a list of the actions you can take in this section:
1- Search for a customer and:
- Enrol them into an offer
- Mark as suspected of Gaming
- Turn emails off for them
- Confirm purchase
- Purge them (GDPR deletion)
- Add a friend under their name
2- Check the below info:
- Basic info: name, email, short link for their share links, what kind of customer they are, date they've been first seen in Mention Me, who introduced them and on which offer
- An activity timeline with dates and times of their interactions with any offers
- Offers we're sharing with the customer, current and expired
- How many times they've seen an offer
- The rewards and voucher codes we've given them
- The emails we've sent them
- If there is any approval pending for them (either as referrer, referee or to drive action)
