To prevent non-customers from referring at offer level, follow these steps:
1-Log into your dashboard
2-Go to the campaign section on your dashboard and select one of your live campaigns.
3-Click on the Live experiment.
4-Click on Experiment Actions -> and Duplicate. This will duplicate the whole experiment and create a draft for you to amend.
5-Click on Drafts where you will see your duplicate experiment.
6-Click on the offer options (3 dots) under the offer and choose Edit Details.
7-Rules to decide when a referral (at referee registration or referrer fulfilment) will be auto-declined, so go to Auto-Decline Rules:
8-Add rule > Referrer must be paying customer > Save
Note: If the offer is part of an AB test you will need to apply these steps to the second offer on the test.
