This guide will show you how to redeem your customer's reward from their 'Claim Reward' email.
Only users with Customer Support Supervisor access or higher have the permissions to perform this action. Learn more about user access and permissions.
How to Redeem a Customer’s Reward
- Go to the Customers section in the Mention Me platform.
- Search for the customer using name, email, customer ID, or share link. Click the match to open their profile.
- Scroll to the Emails section and click on the 'Referrer/Referee Claim Reward' email link.
- Click the CTA (‘Claim your reward’ or similar) in the email.
- You'll be redirected to a Claim page. Click the CTA to confirm ('Claim your reward' or 'Claim code').
- You’ll be directed to the Fulfil page showing the reward code.
- The customer will also receive a fulfilment email with the code or you can manually copy the code and send it to them.
