In this guide, you’ll learn how to set up a reward for an existing campaign on the Mention Me platform. Whether you want to reuse an existing reward or create a brand new one from scratch, we’ll walk you through each step of the process—from duplicating a campaign experiment to configuring reward details for both referrers and referees. You’ll also learn how to define reward parameters such as value, type, fulfilment method, and issuance conditions, ensuring your referral program is set up exactly the way you want. By the end of this guide, you’ll be fully equipped to enhance your campaign with tailored rewards that drive engagement and conversions.
1. Navigate to the Campaign
- Go to the Campaigns section of the platform.
- Select the campaign where the new reward will be added.
2. Duplicate an Experiment
- Find the experiment to use as a template.
- Click the three dots (…) and select Duplicate.
3. Edit the Offer
- Open the draft experiment.
- In the Offer section, click the three dots on the specific offer and select Edit Details.
4. Set Up Referral Rewards
You can set rewards in two ways:
a) Add an Existing Reward
- Use the dropdown menu to select an existing reward.
- Double-check if new voucher codes are required.
- This applies to both Referrer and Referee rewards.
b) Set Up a New Reward
- Select “Set up a new reward.”
- Customise each of the following fields (as applicable):

If the Reward is fulfilled by is anything other than Predefined batch of coupon codes (single or multi-use) or Predefined batch of coupon-links please ask contact your Client Manager.
Referee Reward
- Same fields as above, but can differ from the Referrer reward.
- "Only After Purchase": Enable for industries where rewards are fulfilled post-purchase (e.g., utilities, financial services).
- Manual Approval: Can also be enabled here as needed.
- Delay: Days before the reward is issued.
5. Upload Voucher Codes
- Once the reward is set up, upload the relevant vouchers.
