This guide will show you how to search for a customer's reward code. You may want to do this if the customer cannot find their reward code in their email.
Only users with Customer Support Supervisor access or higher can perform this action.

If you don't have the necessary access, you can resend the customer's fulfilment email instead.
How to Navigate to the Rewards Section
1. Go to the Customers section in the platform.
2. Search for the customer using their name, email address, customer ID, or share link. Click on the customer’s name to view their account.
3. Scroll down to the Rewards section and click 'Reveal' next to the reward code.
