This guide will show you how to redeem your customer's reward from their 'Claim Reward' email

How to navigate to the customer email section
1. Go to the Customers section in the platform
2. Search for the customer by either their name, email, customer ID or share link then click on the customer’s link to open their account
3. Scroll down to see Emails section and click on the 'Referrer/Referee Claim Reward' email link
4. Click on the CTA within the 'Claim Reward' email
5. After this you will be directed to a 'Claim' page where you will be required to click on the CTA - it may say something similar to 'Claim your reward/ Claim code'
6. You will then be given your customer's reward code on the Fulfil page
7. Your customer will receive a fulfilment email with their reward code, or you can copy the code and email it to your customer
